Use It or Lose It — Your 2025 Allowance Expires Soon

Many Samaritan Advantage members receive up to a $2,000 annual allowance for vision, dental, and hearing—but any unused amount disappears at the end of the year. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Your allowance is loaded onto a Mastercard-style benefit card, which means you can use it with all of our in-store specials and promotions.

Recently, a patient came in with $1,300 left on her allowance card. She left with three pairs of glasses—a bifocal, a reader, and a sunglass pair. We used our BOGO deal and 40% off her third pair, and she still had money left over!

If you haven’t checked your balance yet, don’t wait.

Appointments and walk-ins fill quickly this time of year, and once your unused allowance expires, it cannot be recovered.
