Position Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as part-time crew members. As a part of the Boba Tea Crew, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile and their perfect cup of Boba Tea.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve Boba Tea and other menu items according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
Take accurate orders and handle cash and card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including the counter, dining space, and equipment.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Qualifications:
